Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering, ML/AI engineering, or decision intelligence experience.
• 1–2 years in technical leadership.
• Strong Python engineering experience building and operating production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, OpenAI, etc.).
• Knowledge of decision intelligence concepts and evaluation frameworks.
