Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of program/project management in Cloud providers, Automotive, Robotics or Physical AI.
• Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development with cloud/AI exposure.
• Experience driving AI Systems Orchestration for large, multi-team initiatives.
• Proven track record leading complex, global programs through product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Translate customer requirements into tasks for engineering, QA, logistics, and sales.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and coordinate globally distributed teams.
• Lead customer interfaces through kick‑offs, design reviews, issue tracking, and status updates.
• Drive execution from design to deployment ensuring on-time delivery and acceptance.
• Provide post‑deployment sustaining support and act as case manager for high‑priority concerns.
• Communicate program health, risks, and issues to customers and leadership.
• Plan and execute strategies to integrate complex AI model stacks in customer environments.
