Job summary

Cisco is seeking a seasoned counsel to lead negotiations and risk assessment for AI procurement, SaaS, and data licensing. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic deals and ensure protection of Cisco’s IP and data in an AI-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technology transactions, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate regulatory risk into practical guidance for internal clients.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar or relevant jurisdiction.
• At least five years of relevant legal experience in technology transactions, software/SaaS, or AI/data matters.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; strong analytical and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rapid pipeline of AI procurement, SaaS, and data licensing contracts.
• Draft and negotiate complex AI-related agreements and guide business leaders through negotiations.
