Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Data/AI or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional AI and data experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud operational support and modernization efforts.
• Manage major incidents and drive cross-team resolution.
• Define and enforce standardized incident playbooks and escalation paths.
• Architect and deliver automation to improve resilience and reduce toil.
• Enhance observability with logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
• Mentor SREs and promote best practices across domains.
