Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, CS, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; PhD optional for advanced modeling.
• 5–8+ years in data science/healthcare analytics or related domains.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic capabilities.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and modern analytics/AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and clinical questions into data science solutions.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation, and personalization methods.
• Prototype, validate, and productionalize data science and AI methods.
• Design and deploy LLM-powered apps, agents, and orchestration workflows.
