Formación

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related double majors.
• 6+ years data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance or 8+ years predictive modeling in another industry.
• Strong background in statistical programming and data wrangling.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and complete predictive analytics analyses and modeling on complex projects.
• Develop predictive analytics and modeling presentations for customers and management.
• Contribute to projects yielding actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction, policy growth, retention, and profitability.
• Document data assumptions, results, and alternatives; communicate with regulators when needed.
• Lead across the full AI lifecycle from model development to production deployment.
