Job summary

You will lead modeling initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure governance and value delivery from data to production systems. A strong background in statistics, ML methods, and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related double major.
• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance or 8+ years in another industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects across model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Communicate results to business partners and regulators as needed.
• Develop and document modeling best practices and techniques.
• Provide hands-on leadership across the AI lifecycle from development to production.
