You should bring 10+ years of experience, a track record as a technical lead, and a passion for building reliable SaaS products at scale. Remote collaboration across regions is expected.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of industry software engineering experience.
- Led large projects and defined roadmaps across teams.
- Built SaaS products for startup and enterprise users.
- Experience in environments valuing action and speed.
- Mentored teams and promoted engineering excellence.
- Open to applying AI to improve efficiency and impact.
Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and lead large technical initiatives.
- Design and own new product functionality and infrastructure (TypeScript/React/Node.js).
- Balance business needs, UX, and solid technical foundations.
- Assist in interviewing and onboarding engineers in the UK and/or Ireland.
- Set engineering culture standards and mentor junior teammates.
