Qualifications

• 7+ years of full stack experience with emphasis on backend.
• Experience leading technical projects and teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startups and enterprises.
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Interest in security, risk, privacy, or AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects spanning the stack.
• Own customer-facing product experiences from problem understanding through deployment.
• Make tradeoffs balancing business priorities, UX, and technical foundation.
• Build reliable, secure systems that connect data across people, assets, and vendors.
• Partner with product, design, and engineers to bring AI-powered workflows to production.
• Leverage AI thoughtfully across development lifecycle to improve quality and speed.
• Collaborate with teammates to impact our customer base and security posture.
