Ridgeline is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Trading - Portfolio Management Team to build high-quality applications for our Trade Order Management solution. You will shape an industry-defining platform with modern AI tools and collaborate in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with a history of architecting and designing new products and technologies.
• Expert level knowledge in Java or Kotlin (preferred) or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
• Demonstrated experience of applying Design Patterns, OOAD/SOLID principles and writing automated unit tests.
• Strong motivation to explore and adopt new technologies while independently navigating complex codebases.
• Finds joy and satisfaction in working with motivated engineers to build impactful solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for tackling technical challenges.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• A positive attitude with a serious interest in having fun at work.
