Job summary

Mecka AI is seeking a Senior IC to own the program turning our ego‑data pipeline into on‑time, at‑spec dataset deliveries for frontier AI labs. You will bridge the ego‑data sales & delivery team with engineering, driving delivery against commitments while building scalable tooling and datasets for repeatable delivery.

You will balance hands‑on data work, scripting, and defining specs to make future deliveries faster than the last, in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in TPM, Technical Program Lead, or Data/Delivery Ops leading complex deliverables.
• Experience delivering data or datasets to external customers in ML/AI or robotics.
• Comfort with scripting (Python) and data tooling to validate or reshape datasets.
• Ability to lead by influence in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery program for high‑value ego‑data deliveries across cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and iterate tooling, QA, and dashboards to speed up data delivery and automation.
• Define data quality standards, metadata, taxonomy, and QA gates for delivery readiness.
• Partner with sales and delivery to translate customer needs into concrete delivery plans.
• Build data‑driven reporting on time‑to‑delivery, volume, QA, and SLA adherence.
