Job summary

Mecka AI in New York is seeking a senior delivery-focused TPM to own the ego-data pipeline shipments to frontier AI labs. You will drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Data Operations, Labeling, and Engineering to meet customer specs, volumes, and timelines.

You will also design and prototype tooling, write scripts, and define the data standards that make every delivery faster, repeatable, and scalable, while maintaining quality and transparency with clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years as a TPM or delivery lead shipping complex data deliverables.
• Hands-on data delivery experience taking datasets from internal pipelines to external customers.
• Strong SQL/MongoDB querying and Python scripting ability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery program, coordinating Sales, Data Ops, Labeling, and Eng to meet specs.
• Build and improve tooling, QA checks, packaging, and dashboards for faster, automated deliveries.
• Define data quality standards, metadata, taxonomy, and QA gates for delivery-ready datasets.
• Partner with sales to translate requirements into delivery plans and manage senior customer relations.
• Develop data-driven metrics and reporting on time-to-delivery, volume, QA, and SLA adherence.
