Job summary

Mecka is seeking a Data Delivery Lead to turn raw captured, labeled, and validated data into exact deliverables for frontier robotics labs. You will translate customer specs into concrete queries, validate outputs, and assemble reports and catalogs to accompany each drop.

This hands-on, data-native role sits at the seam between internal data systems and customer specs, requiring fluency in SQL and comfort with large datasets. On-site in New York, you will mentor teams and drive delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in data analytics or data engineering.
• Fluent in SQL and able to query large, imperfect datasets.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Solid grasp of data pipelines, schemas, and data quality.
• Experience owning a data workflow end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pull final data deliveries from internal systems and assemble ready-to-use outputs.
• Format data to customer schemas and generate manifests and indexes.
• Stage deliveries to cloud storage reliably and reproducibly.
• Run deliverables through ship-gates and validation checks.
• Translate customer specs into concrete queries and gates.
• Produce delivery reports, data catalogs, and schema docs.
• Coordinate with data capture, labeling ops, and engineering to close gaps.
