Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior-level design professional to drive marketing creatives for growth. You will lead ideation through asset delivery, using AI to accelerate every phase of the design process and improve efficiency with internal visual resources.

You will present concepts to stakeholders, ensuring clear and compelling design decisions. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in marketing/design, hands-on AI tool proficiency, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of design experience in marketing/advertising/performance creative.
• Hands-on with AI image and animation tools.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing.
• Use AI to accelerate ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish.
• Manage AIGC prompts and internal visual resources for design efficiency.
• Have fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack.
• Present work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions.
