Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior AI Creative Innovator (Paid Ads) to craft AI-driven video and animation assets for global campaigns. You will push creative boundaries, collaborate with multilingual teams, and deliver assets from concept to final production.

You'll leverage AI tools (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO) and partner with marketing and product teams to accelerate growth across markets while maintaining high quality in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of design experience focused on marketing or performance creatives.
• Proficiency with AI image and animation tools and translating AI into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute high-impact ad creatives from brief to delivery.
• Use AI to accelerate ideation, moodboarding, variation, copy iteration, production polish.
• Manage AIGC prompts and internal asset library for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present work to stakeholders.
• Work in a fast-paced remote environment while upholding quality.
