OKX is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer to own architecture for large-scale internal platform systems. You will drive the technical roadmap and lead modernization efforts across divisions, ensuring global scalability and reliability.

You will mentor senior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advance AI-driven automation to improve operations at scale. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for regional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in software development with strong leadership at scale.
• Deep Java expertise with large-scale distributed systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive architecture and design for large-scale internal platform systems.
• Define and influence the long-term technical roadmap for global scale.
• Lead platform modernization initiatives—architecture evolution and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Champion AI and intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers across teams.
