Job summary

Valid, a San Francisco–based, seed-stage advertising company, is hiring an AI Creative Director, Ads. You will blend cutting-edge AI tools with narrative craft to help brands stop the scroll, earn attention, and drive action across Meta, TikTok, Google and emerging platforms.

This role leads creative direction and production (75%) and product/process (25%), shaping a high-velocity workflow and scalable templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative direction, short-form content, or ad production.
• Proven track record producing ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives for different audiences.
• Experience with AI creative tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision for AI-generated ads across clients and campaigns.
• Define and implement a high-velocity creative workflow.
• Partner with media buyers to develop creative concepts grounded in performance data.
• Build a library of reusable creative assets and templates that scale across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering to streamline creative workflows into scalable systems.
