Job summary

Paired is seeking an AI Graphic Designer to own end-to-end static and lifestyle ad creative for Google Ads campaigns, including GDN, Demand Gen, and PMax. You will research markets, define personas, craft angles, and independently concept, design, generate, and ship assets that convert cold traffic.

Responsibilities include building direct-response static ads, pairing ads with advertorials, and producing lifestyle imagery at volume across all Google display formats. Remote and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing static ecommerce ads for Google formats.
• Strong grasp of direct-response design principles and high-volume output.
• Portfolio showcasing direct response / performance-focused ad design.

Responsibilities

• Own static and lifestyle ad creative across Google Display Network, Demand Gen, and PMax end-to-end.
• Research market, define personas, identify creative angles, then concept and ship ads.
• Build direct response static ads designed to convert cold top-of-funnel traffic.
• Pair static ads with advertorials and produce lifestyle imagery for placements.
• Produce high-volume creatives across 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1 and native sizes.
• Read performance data and iterate based on what converts.
