Job summary

Phaidra is hiring an AI Controls Solutions Engineer to operationalize and scale its AI-driven control systems for enterprise data centers. You will work with TPMs and DSs to deploy production-grade solutions across multiple customers, tuning setups and ensuring performance.

The role offers a 100% remote US-based position with international teams, significant ownership of documentation, and opportunities to mentor peers while advancing Phaidra’s ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years as a controls engineer, programmer, or equivalent.
• Expertise in HVAC and Data Center cooling control methodologies.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple customers independently.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics in cooling systems.
• Experience with industrial controls and protocols like BACnet and Modbus.
• Comfort reading/writing Python to implement insights with software team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Model facilities for ingestion by product lineup; configure and tune products.
• Define product requirements from customer specs with team collaboration.
• Provide ongoing deployment and support across multiple customers and projects.
• Lead internal and customer-facing initiatives, including platinum support and sales assistance.
