Phaidra is seeking an AI Controls Solutions Engineer to operationalize and scale its AI-driven control systems for enterprise data centers. You will model facilities, configure products, and work with data scientists to bring AI into production.

You’ll translate customer needs into actionable requirements for scalable deployment and provide ongoing support for deployed systems. You will collaborate with product teams, TPMs, and customers, traveling up to 25% as needed to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Requires solid background in mechanical/electrical controls engineering and data centers.
• Proficiency in HVAC and cooling control strategies is essential.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Work with TPMs and DSs to put AI into production for data center customers.
• Model facilities for product ingestion and tailor configurations per client needs.
• Define product requirements with product team for scalable deployments.
• Provide ongoing deployment and support across multiple solutions.
