Job summary

Phaidra is seeking an AI Controls Solutions Engineer to operationalize AI solutions for enterprise data center customers. The role demands collaboration with Technical Program Managers and Data Scientists to implement Phaidra's platform effectively.

This position is fully remote with candidates from across the USA. Responsibilities include defining customer-specific product requirements and creating models for AI systems, ensuring efficiency in scaling across numerous clients.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years experience in controls engineering or programming.
• Experience designing, programming, or strong knowledge of control systems.
• Ability to analyze performance of engineered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to create facility models for AI implementation.
• Define product requirements based on customer specifications.
• Provide technical expertise to Phaidra’s customers.
