Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience shipping enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• Strong cloud-native SaaS architecture with multi-tenant design and large-scale APIs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives and drive architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of core AICT platform components.
• Drive the arc from 1.0 release to meaningful customer adoption.
• Set engineering standards for governance infrastructure.
