AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build and curate the knowledge graph that grounds search and agent responses across enterprise AI ecosystems. You will design, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows with MCP, function calling, and RAG.

You will partner with subject-matter experts to implement scalable and secure platform capabilities, ensuring governance, evaluation, and cost efficiency while enabling cross-team collaboration and reusable patterns.

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead.
• Designed knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end to end.
• Experience building production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Distinguish wrong retrieval from right retrieval in eval traces and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Hands-on experience administering or engineering enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems-administration background: identity/access, monitoring, incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph with a baseline for accuracy and efficiency.
• Review agent outputs to identify context gaps and create a backlog for fixes.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows using MCP and RAG.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and implementation plans.
