Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 8–10 years of AI/ML experience OR Master's degree in same fields with 6–8 years of AI/ML experience
• Proficient in Python, Go, Scala, or Java with at least 10 years of programming experience

Responsibilities

• Architect and build a high-availability, multi-tenant compute platform for AI workloads
• Develop Ray and Spark solutions to accelerate training, inference, and data processing at scale
• Automate KTLO workflows and drive operational excellence
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Mentor talent and contribute to Capital One’s engineering community
