Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or AI with 8+ years AI/ML experience (or Master's with 6+ years)
• At least 8 years programming in Python, Go, Scala, or Java
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience leading and mentoring multiple engineering teams and influencing stakeholders up to VP level

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered products
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch
• Invent state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve performance, cost, latency, throughput
• Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems
