Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/EE/CE with 6–8+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• 8+ years programming in Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience architecting and leading complex AI systems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products impacting customers.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components (LLMs, inference, guardrails, evaluation, observability).
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies (AWS, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, PyTorch).
• Invent and apply state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques for performance and cost.
• Contribute to the long-term AI systems roadmap at Capital One.
