G2i Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to participate as an AI-training evaluator. This remote, contract role focuses on assessing how AI coding agents behave in real-world scenarios and providing actionable feedback, not writing production code.

You will critique outputs for quality, reasoning, and engineering judgment, and help define what ‘great’ looks like when using tools like Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer with hands-on experience in modern AI-assisted development
• Experience with at least one of OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor
• Familiarity with evaluating AI-generated code and explanations in a non-production setting
• Ability to provide clear, opinionated feedback and write detailed reviews

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge usefulness, accuracy, and engineering judgment of outputs
• Assess quality of explanations and reasoning, not just code
• Provide clear written feedback and Loom video explanations
