You will evaluate AI coding agents’ behavior, focusing on usefulness, reasoning, and alignment with strong engineering judgment, without writing production code. The contract role involves end-to-end evaluation of AI interactions, providing clear, opinionated feedback and helping define quality standards for AI-assisted coding tools.

Qualifications

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer with strong technical impact.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+).
• Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted dev workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Judge usefulness, correctness at a high level, and engineer-like thinking.
