Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Technology Partner Director, AI Code-gen & Apps, to recruit, develop, manage, and scale a global partner ecosystem that enables AI-generated applications on the Databricks platform.

You will build deep integrations with leading AI coding agents, app builders, and developer platforms, driving joint GTM motions and partner-led growth across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product partnerships, business development, or partner management.
• Proven track record launching ISV integrations and GTM motions with leading developer platforms, AI code-gen, or hyperscalers.
• Deep understanding and network across Developer Tool & Database ecosystems and ability to craft joint value propositions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Grit, humility, and the ability to operate in a high-growth, founder-led environment.
• Most of all, willingness to consider candidates with non-traditional backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Build and own partnership strategies for AI coding agents and app builders, spanning product integrations, joint solutions, GTM, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead strategic partnerships from opportunity identification through launch and scale with cross-functional teams.
• Drive enablement and field readiness to ensure Databricks and partner teams can position and deliver joint offerings.
• Represent the top partners internally to influence roadmap and strategy for the Developer Tooling & Database ecosystem.
