Job summary

Databricks is hiring for a Sr. Technology Partner Director, AI Code-gen & Apps, to lead the global partner ecosystem enabling AI-driven product integrations and joint GTM initiatives.

You will recruit, develop, and scale partnerships with AI coding agents, app builders, and developer platforms, crafting deep product integrations and go-to-market plays. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive joint solutions, and you will shape strategy to ensure Databricks

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product partnerships, business development, or partner management.
• Proven track record launching ISV integrations and joint GTM motions with leading developer platforms, AI code-gen companies, or hyperscalers.
• Deep understanding and network across developer tool and database ecosystems, including Postgres, developer marketplaces, Platform-as-a-Service, AI coding, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong cross-functional leadership to influence Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams.
• Experience navigating co-opetition dynamics and sensitive partner relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Grit, humility, and the ability to operate in a high-growth, founder-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own partnership strategies for a portfolio of AI coding agents and app builders, spanning product integrations, joint solutions, GTM and marketing initiatives.
• Lead strategic partnerships from opportunity identification through launch and scale, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to bring integrations to market.
• Drive enablement and field readiness to ensure Databricks and partner teams can position and deliver joint offerings.
• Serve as the internal voice of top partners, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to influence roadmap and strategy.
