Job summary

Eightelevengroup is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead enterprise AI enablement initiatives remotely, with a preference for Ohio-based candidates and Eastern Time hours. You will partner with the AI COE to develop and execute change strategies, drive adoption, and measure outcomes across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in OCM, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives for large, enterprise-level projects.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and act as trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
