AbbV ie Inc. in the United States is seeking an AI Senior Business Systems Consultant to lead automation strategy within the BTS team.

You will steer AI and traditional product deployments, partner with data scientists and engineers, and advise business stakeholders on best-fit technologies to enable scalable, safe AI solutions. As a senior contributor, you will manage requirements, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with AbbVie's vision while delivering measurable business value across multiple

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years as Business Analyst or similar role in a technical environment or product management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with cross-functional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing the development and launch of successful software products.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Responsabilités

• Understand business processes and priorities with senior clients and communicate needs for technology enablement.
• Translate business requirements into BTS and functional requirements for the domain.
• Assess capabilities of existing systems and technologies and identify information to support strategy.
• Define needed human and technology capabilities and mentor teams in improvements.
• Create and refine project requirements and coordinate demand initiation and mitigation plans.
• Manage scope, risks, and changes across large programs with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and ensure alignment with AbbVie’s vision.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure successful implementation.
