Job summary

emberos, a fast-moving AI brand discovery company, seeks an Account Strategist to own a portfolio of brand clients and turn emberos into a competitive advantage for them. You’ll lead the strategy, set the account direction, and decide when and how to deploy signals that influence client decisions.

You will work directly with CMOs, shape senior-level discussions, and drive expansion while ensuring the client sees ongoing value from emberos as AI reshapes brand discovery.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in a client-facing strategic role.
• A record of growing accounts and revenue expansion.
• Credibility with senior marketing leaders (CMOs).
• Strong written point of view and clear storytelling for executives.
• Fluency in AI-driven discovery and related concepts.
• Comfort working with data and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction for each account and 90-day plans.
• Manage client relationships post-sale with executive-level interactions.
• Define expansion opportunities and growth strategy across accounts.
• Coordinate with product/engineering to align interventions with client needs.
• Represent client voice and drive renewal, expansion, and referrals.
