Job summary

Ema is seeking a seasoned AI Strategist to lead strategic enterprise accounts and shape high-impact AI engagements. You will work with the Executive Leadership Team to drive transformation, leveraging consulting-grade thinking to guide complex deals and AI adoption across global enterprises.

The ideal candidate has 7–12+ years in consulting-led strategy and a strong grasp of enterprise AI, with C-level stakeholder engagement and a track record of structuring ROI-driven business cases.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years experience in enterprise strategy and transformation.
• Experience as Senior Engagement Manager / Project Leader at top consultancies (McKinsey/BCG/Bain).
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts.
• Partner with CEO, CRO, and leadership to influence deal strategy and narratives.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI-enabled transformation and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, GTM to align AI solutions with client objectives.
