Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend: TypeScript and React and backend: Python or Go.
• Experience including Git, cloud (GCP/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Proven track record designing end-to-end solutions and architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered automation with evals, dry runs, and audit trails.
• Design guardrails for identity, payer-type rules, duplicates, and QA gates.
• Scale a rule engine across hundreds of conditions and actions with explainability.
• Create dashboards for resubmission metrics and denial categories.
• Generate automated appeal letters and medical-record packets with validation scoring.
• Deliver a unified automations console for billing rules and pre-submission validation.
• Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform and architecture.
• Develop end-to-end integration workflows from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to gather requirements.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural improvements.
