Job summary

Commure, a healthcare AI platform, seeks a senior software engineer to advance the RCM core team. You will own end-to-end workflows for claim submissions, clearinghouse integrations, and autonomous backend components that scale for healthcare providers and administrators.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and healthcare teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions, delivering reliable, high-impact systems on a fast-paced schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend: Typescript and React; backend: Python or Go.
• Experience with Git, cloud platforms, containers, databases, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own clearinghouse integrations and handle responses and errors.
• Build the claim generation pipeline for multiple formats and PDFs.
• Develop routing logic for eligibility to ensure payer accuracy.
• Scale a rule engine for high-volume transactions with explainability.
• Contribute to RCM platform architecture and tooling direction.
• Deliver end-to-end integration workflows from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams on requirements.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural improvements across the stack.
