Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React.
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go.
• Experience with Git, cloud platforms, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered automation to fix denied claims with rigorous evals and audit trails.
• Design guardrails for safe automation including identity and payer-type rules.
• Scale a rule engine across high transaction volumes with explainability for operations.
• Build dashboards for resubmission metrics and failure rates.
• Generate appeal letters and medical-record packets automatically.
• Own end-to-end integration workflows from design to deployment.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
