Job summary

SSCI, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer II to advance modeling and simulation infrastructure for AI/Autonomy systems in operational scenarios.

You will develop and support M&S tooling for testing and evaluation across multiple domains, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should have a BS+ in engineering or computing and 5+ years of experience in C++, Python, MIL/SIL, and HPC DIS environments.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering, CS, data science, math, statistics or robotics.
• 5+ years of related experience in autonomy and simulation.
• Experience with MIL/SIL and large-scale simulation data management.
• Proficiency in C++, Python and HPC DIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support advanced M&S infrastructure for multi-vehicle autonomy testing.
• Collaborate with teams to design, simulate, and test autonomy software systems.
• Present technical information and data to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% as needed and support security-clearance processes.
