Power3 Solutions in Columbia, MD is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (AI/ML) to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions and prototypes. You'll work in a full-stack environment, using Linux and basic networking, and integrate with LLM-based customer interfaces.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, DoD8570 IAT2, and fourteen years of SWE experience plus a degree; you will mentor juniors and collaborate with PMs, SMEs, and leadership on strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Must be compliant with DoD8570 IAT2.
• Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop software applications using Gradle Java, Python
• Gather and evaluate end-user and customer requirements
• Write, test, debug and deploy code; 4) Perform code reviews to maintain quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues
• Contribute to project planning
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, SMEs, and leadership contributing to strategic initiatives
• Design user interface to be widely accessible across the customer community
• Explore LLM and AI integration opportunities
• Design interfaces/bridge to external requirements management tools
• Mentor junior software engineer
