Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Benefits team to define and execute product strategy across Benefits offerings. You will identify market opportunities, conduct analysis, and prioritize features with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value.

You will partner with internal teams and enterprise customers to drive automation and AI-driven insights, shaping the agency management experience for Benefits users and connecting carrier solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; strong analytical capabilities.
• Bonus points for API experience and knowledge of employee benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize backlog and translate requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead roadmap and release planning for the product(s) aligned with market needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and customer teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive end-to-end workflow automation and AI-driven solutions to improve customer value.
• Develop and present strategic business cases to leadership and cross-functional partners.
