Job summary

Brandt Information Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to apply AI in how we build and run software, including agentic systems, AI-assisted development workflows, and tooling. You’ll work hands-on within the architecture and standards set by our Principal engineers and Chief Engineer.

This is a fully remote role requiring self-direction and the ability to influence quality through code, reviews, and collaboration across Licensing, Registrations, Reservations, and beyond as

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with ownership of significant components or features from design through production.
• You work in a highly agentic way today, using AI coding agents and validating outputs.
• You’ve built agents, automations, or tooling to speed up yourself or your team.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms, and working with legacy or long-lived systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver complex technical solutions, including AI-enabled systems and agents.
• Build production-grade agents and AI-powered workflows, integrating with existing systems of record.
• Translate loosely defined requirements into a clear technical plan and execute against it.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and own components from design to production.
• Collaborate across product, architecture, QA, and DevOps to ensure end-to-end delivery quality.
