Job summary

HighLevel is hiring a Lead Automations Analyst to own AI solution delivery inside ORA, from problem to production. You will design end-to-end AI workflows spanning pre-call briefs, in-call prompts, post-call grading, and transcription-driven actions, collaborating with Success and RevOps to ensure alignment.

The role emphasizes deep expertise in AI orchestration, data flows, and stakeholder communication, with a remote-first, global team and significant impact on advisor experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI/ML solution work, technical product, prompt engineering, or closely related role.
• Fluency with LLM behavior: prompt design, orchestration, model trade-offs, evaluation.
• Strong understanding of databases and data flows between systems.
• Reads code fluently to understand what is running inside ORA (no production coding).
• Demonstrated ability to scope problems, design solutions, write requirements, and ship end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate problems to AI solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• End-to-end ownership mindset; accountable to outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI solution delivery inside ORA from idea to production.
• Design AI workflows across the call lifecycle: pre-call, in-call, post-call, transcription follow-ups.
• Partner with RevOps to identify platform capability gaps and drive features.
• Close the loop with QA II and Success leadership; set quality bar and build pipeline.
• Raise the technical bar inside the function: patterns, playbooks, observability.
• Stay sharp by learning, experimenting, and sharing findings with teams.
