Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect who designs memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise AI use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, shaping multi-agent systems with RAG, semantic chunking, and advanced context design to support scalable solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience working with AI Frontier models and memory / context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, code hosting and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI native designed systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking performance against evaluations.
• Develop replicable integration frameworks for memory architecture across multiple systems.
• Lead design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
• Lead a group of experts in building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
