Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain architects in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will drive agent identity, authentication, post-training environments and tooling for scalable, secure multiagent systems.

You will lead the design of synthesis models, evaluation benchmarks and integration with AI native toolchains, while mentoring engineers in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a control harness for multiagent AI systems.
• Architect agent identity, authentication and post-training environments.
• Benchmark performance and validate AI architectures against evals.
• Collaborate across AI, Security, Data and Infra teams to balance outcomes.
• Lead and mentor engineers in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
