Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will shape scalable AI solutions, drive agent design, and collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams to deliver practical outcomes.

This role requires 10+ years in software engineering and AI, with a focus on agent systems, authentication, observability, and federated learning, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools and code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design processes and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic identity and authentication methods.
• Experience with CI/CD, code hosting and collaboration tools (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent systems and tools.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments for AI agents.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against agent and human evals.
• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
• Define agent design requirements and drive AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging tech.
