Stride, Inc. seeks an AI Architect to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions across the enterprise, leading a small team of AI Engineers and coordinating with UX, front-end, and SME specialists.

You will build end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments, ensuring governance and scalable deployments. You will mentor engineers, align AI initiatives with K12 education objectives, and drive cross‑functional collaboration, DevOps, and responsible AI practices to deliver measurable

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience designing and deploying ML models, especially NLP and recommender systems, using Python and common ML libraries.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and IaC practices to build scalable, secure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Drives conception, prototyping, and deployment of ML models (NLP & recommender systems) across product lines.
• Oversees AI solution design, infrastructure, and deployment in cloud environments with DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Mentors 1–3 AI Engineers and collaborates with Product, Engineering, IT, and executives to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
