Job summary

You will lead a small team of AI Engineers and occasionally flex roles to create end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments, aligned with K12 and enterprise goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years' related experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Experience designing and deploying ML models (NLP and recommender systems) in Python.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to build scalable environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 1-3 AI Engineers and flex contributors on projects.
• Design, prototype, and deploy ML models and NLP/recommender systems.
• Oversee data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and governance requirements.
