Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use. You will lead a team of AI Architects focused on multi-agent memory systems, semantic chunking, and context design.

You will drive innovation, include optimization of inference across distributed systems, and collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Advanced degree and 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
Familiar with AI-native development tools and code assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
Understanding of model fine-tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).

Responsibilities

Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
Implement and test these architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human designed evals.
Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architecture across multiple systems.
Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams to ensure balanced outcomes.
