EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, focusing on multi-agent systems, context design, and scalable inference pipelines with RAG, semantic chunking, and advanced memory patterns.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in EE/CS/Math.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and code assistants.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding of AI native design process and context management (RAG, SFT, PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, code hosting and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Benchmark architectures and compare against agent/human-eval results.
• Create reusable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead a team of AI Architects and mentor Knowledge/Data staff.
• Investigate emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
