Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI agent control. You will drive architectures for agent identity, authentication, and post-training environments, aiming to enable scalable AI solutions in fast-paced settings.

You will collaborate across AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams, mentor engineers, present at conferences, and contribute to IP filings.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, CS or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems administration and secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent environments.
• Create architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments for models.
• Design synthesis models for AI open-source tooling.
• Implement and test architectures with performance benchmarks.
• Lead comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native processes.
• Research new agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
